Indications

In order to avoid discomfort and bleeding during brushing, it is advisable to use a soft toothbrush.
– Replace the toothbrush with a new one every 3 months, or sooner if the filaments show signs of wear.
How to use
For a healthy mouth and strong gums, brush your teeth at least 3 times a day after every meal and before going to bed.
Place the toothbrush at a 45ยฐ angle over the gums. For sensitive gums, use a gentle horizontal motion, removing debris accumulated at the gumline.
Next, move the brush vertically from the gum towards the tooth, covering the entire surface.
Repeat this same process on the surface of all teeth and gums, both on the outer and inner surfaces.
The technique should be gentle so as not to irritate the gums.
Finish by brushing the tongue from back to front, and completing the oral hygiene routine with rinsing and the use of floss or interdental brushes.
Clean the brush thoroughly after each use and let it dry in an upright position in a ventilated place.
